DEVELOPMENT
A group of enthusiasts, who are also parents of young hockey players, began developing a hockey players' neck protector aimed not only at protecting against cuts but also at providing protection from possible puck or stick impacts. At that time, many tragedies caused by such incidents were already known worldwide. We were trying to improve mass-produced neck protectors primarily for our own children.
REASONS
We decided to invest our own funds in developing a product that would provide genuine impact protection for a hockey player’s neck. We allocated resources, assembled a team of specialists, and studied the issue from medical and biomechanical perspectives. We identified the research direction and set clear objectives. By the end of 2017, the task was successfully completed.
CREATING THE MATERIAL
A computer model was created, and computer simulations were conducted. Test samples were molded and sewn. Laboratory tests for impact energy absorption were performed. The brand concept was developed, and patent applications were submitted.
RESULT
We are now a modern, high-tech full-cycle production facility, encompassing a development department, a laboratory, a casting area, a laser cutting area, a sewing design department, and a sewing workshop. The finest materials, the latest technological equipment, and a team of professionals enable us to create products that rival the quality of world-renowned brands in hockey protection manufacturing. We are the only manufacturer to use 360 Guard all-round protection, making our company truly unique.

Currently, our products are available in more than seven countries worldwide.

We are continuously improving our products, striving for perfection. Additionally, we are developing and preparing new products for production, all designed to enhance the safety of hockey players on the ice.
